We now bring you the 7th edition of our very popular Dreamteam game, this time based on the upcoming tournament Intel Extreme Masters 5 Global Challenge Shanghai, and we give you an opportunity to win some great prizes.
The event in China will kick off on Thursday and it will last until Sunday as we will see 8 teams compete for the first title of IEM5 and a spot at the IEM5 World Championship in 2011. We now give you the opportunity to create your team and pick who you think will be the best performers throughout the tournament, assign them roles and exchange them for other players as the event progresses.
As always, we will do our best to update Dreamteam as often as possible, but it depends on the availability of logs or demos. We plan on opening the transfer market every day after matches are finished which should allow you to participate more and thus make the game more dynamic. So be sure to familiarize yourself with the groups and the match schedule:
Thursday, July 29th (05:00 – 11:00CET) – Group A
Friday, July 30th (05:00 – 11:00CET) – Group B
Saturday, July 31st (04:00 – 11:00CET) – Semi-finals
Sunday, August 1st (04:00 – 11:00CET) – 3rd place and Final
Competing is always fun, but it gets better when there is something at stake. So, together with SteelSeries, we are able to announce these prizes for the top 3 participants:

Don't forget to create or join a private league with your friends and fight for bragging rights, as sometimes it isn't all about the prizes, but also about being first, or at least not being last, among your friends.
